I highly recommend this place. Very clean, it has fully equipped kitchen, air conditioner. There is a big playground right outside the house and a beach. The staff is very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again!

Quiet accommodation that is close to nice beach

If You are looking for accommodation in Albenga that is close to beach this is it. Two minutes to good public (free with pets allowed section) or managed beaches (10-18 EUR per day for umbrella with 2 beach chairs) are hard to beat. Beach is clean and suited for swimmers since shallows are just few meters wide. Rooms are clean with beds that can be folded (bunk beds) as needed. Small kitchenette is nicely equipped with gas operated cooktop. Large fridge with smaller freezer is nice bonus. Every 5 days you will receive a bag with clean towels, kitchen towels, and bed linens and pillows. Dirty ones you place in same bag and place outside the apartment. In every room you will get two beach chairs but no umbrella. Air condition was working great and it was positioned perfectly for all night operation. Internet access was sketchy at moments but working most of the time. Small market is placed on camping place across the street with basic stuff. For everything else you need to make 15 minute walk to nearby supermarket and pharmacy. There are few small restaurants on beach with nice freshly made food. Railway is passing near the building but no additional noise could be heard in apartment when train was passing by except when it train honked since railway crossing is also nearby. Old town Albenga center is just 20 minutes walk from location which may sound far but after few days you get used to that walking distance.

Maintenance of the room is done by guests and that info is missing (or I have missed it). You need to take care of cleaning floors with supplied broom and mop and since we did not find cleaning chemicals (dish washing soap and bathroom sanitize fluid) we bought those on our own. Taking care of garbage is also expected to be done by guests but no garbage bags were supplied. Same goes for toilet paper. Two small hard hand soaps were supplied which is fine for a week stay.

Staff were helpful, quiet location

Not enough water pressure so the shower was only half way up the wall, you had to sit in the bath to shower!!! No separate bedroom, just fold away beds in living room

Bello e rilassante

Finalmente una struttura che quando scrive “vista mare” lo è davvero … in ogni finestra dell’appartamento si può vedere il mare e aprendo una finestra si sente il rumore delle onde.. fantastico .. nonostante sia stato inverno è stato molto piacevole anche riuscire a mangiare nel balconcino ..

Peccato la struttura del bar sotto al balcone / finestre che avrebbe reso proprio un’oca la vista e il posto … Ma è una piccolezza che passa in ultimo piano …

Giornate passate all'insegna della tranquillità.

Posizione vista mare. La posizione è buona. Il ristorante all'interno del residence è buono. Ho passato con mia moglie una serata meravigliosa con cena sulla spiaggia vista mare. Nell'appartamento c'era tutto il necessario.

All'aspiratore Vortice posizionato in bagno gli darei una pulita.

We hebben genoten!

Het appartement had alles wat we nodig hebben voor een fijn verblijf. Het strand heel dichtbij, de strandstoelen. Lopen naar het centrum of de gezellige wijk met kleine steegjes is prima te doen ( 20 minuten) . Bezoek aan San Remo en Cervo gedaan.

Het is gehorig als je een gezin met kinderen boven je hebt die constant met stoelen schuiven.

Pulizia ottima, buon panorama dalla stanza, cortesia, tutto bene organizzato

Forse la stanza un po' piccolina ma era l'unica rimasta... Sono necessarie più prese elettriche e/o ciabatte con più prese elettriche e abat-jour per leggere la sera senza tenere accesa la luce principale che era troppo forte

Ottima scoperta

Struttura carina, in cui non manca nulla, si trova accanto ad un camping dove all'interno ci sono vari negozietti che vengono sempre comodi. La camera era grande e con letti comodi. Usciti dal residence si arriva in spiaggia direttamente senza dover passare da nessuna strada pubblica. Molto apprezzato il parcheggio riservato! Ci tornerò!

Perfetto per famiglie

Posizione straordinaria, praticamente sei sul mare, staff gentile e disponibile, il bar della spiaggia perfetto dal pranzo all'aperitivo. Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in un appartamento, della (casa rosa), ci stavano tranquillamente 6 persone noi eravamo in 3. Pulitissimo è dotato di ogni confort. Balconcino con vista sul mare meravigliosa..

La situation dans un camping, ce n'était pas précisé à la réservation. Beaucoup de marches pour accéder à l'appartement, pas adapté à des personnes âgées (ce n'était pas précisé par booking). Egalement des marches pour accéder à la salle de bains et aux toilettes Equipements a minima : pas de brochures, pas de poubelle dans la salle de bains, le wifi ne marchait pas
