No-frills clean accommodation close to centre and easy off-street parking

Basic but clean accommodation. The kitchen has the basics to cook a meal. Bathroom with good shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very kind host. Close to the city centre and promenade (walking distance). Private terrace with garden furniture. Off-street parking.

The towels had a vague cigarette smell.

we were only stopping over night and so the location was good. the shared terrace was outside our window so little priva

it had a complete kitchen. it was well located not too far from the old town. the linen & towels were fresh. the bed was comfortable. excellent English spoken by owner and his father.

Lovely stay, nice apartment, free parking, helpful owners!

Very nice and helpful owners and answering quickly to all the messages. - Flexible check in and out - Helpful owners, drove us to the other side of the city to car repair shop and helped to translate! - Beautiful big 1st floor studio - Kitchen with pans, electric kettle, coffee, tea, spices etc. - Enough towels - Good shower - Working AC!! - Kitchen table and chairs inside - Comfy bed - tv, table etc. - shared terrace - free parking space in the front - sights like forts close by - about 8-10 min away from Riva & downtown - grocery and bakery about 5-7 min away by foot (take the stairs up to the main road and go right) Really liked the place, only thing that bothered was the shared terrace, but if we get to go back to Sibenik we want to stay here again!

- There is a terrace but it is shared terrace with the other rental apartment, which wasnt described on Booking. We had one night without neighbours and were able to have breakfast or relax later the night outside but other three nights there were other guests and it wasnt relaxing to have other ppl just outside your room. So this should be described. - One way street, road can be narrow

We recommend to stay here

It was an cozy apartment pretty central in the city with, for example, a very short path to the fortification or the beach, even supermarkets were near. We got everything we expected, a clean room on ground level to sleep, rest, cook and eat (and then do it all over again).

Loren, the host, the most amazing man. He may not speak the best english, neither we, but he has a heart as big as Sibenik. The apartment is fantastic, extremely clean, 5 minutes from the beach, 10 min to the city centre walking by the sea. Our most perfect stay in a 2 week trip around Croatia.

Perfecto si buscas ubicación y parking

La ubicación es sin duda lo mejor del apartamento, a 5 minutos de la playa andando y a 10 del casco histórico. El parking incluido también está muy bien.

Falta un microondas, para calentarte al menos la leche del café, o cualquier plato, aunque tenía calienta aguas. Tampoco tiene lavadora que viene muy bien para toallas y bañadores. El colchón de la cama excesivamente blando, para mí muy incómodo.

Lokacija odlicna, 10tak minuta hoda od gradske plaze Banj, u blizini je gradska jezgra, sve je jako blizu. Objekat cist jako, sve sto je potrebno se nalazi u apartmanu, dovoljno peskira, dovoljno tecnog sapuna, toaletnog papira. Osoblje 10/10

Szép tágas és jól felszerelt apartman, jó elhelyezkedés és a parkolás is biztosított.

A fürdőszoba picit már régebbi ez főleg a szanitereken érezhető. A konyhai csapból mindenfelé spriccelt a víz, érdemes lenne cserélni.
