Man kommt nicht durch den Durchgang zu den Parkplätzen! Es muss eine dauerhafte Parkkarte für den Oberen große öffentlichen Parkplatz inkludiert werden.

Good position on the high street, comfortable flat with everything you would need.

Furniture is a little tired, cannot open windows in bedrooms so rooms are stuffy and hot at night.

Clean,spacious, comfortable beds, good hot water supply to sinks and shower very central location on the high street close to the beach and shops.

Difficulty with parking due to tight entrance to back of flats thus had to pay to park.however we were aware of this as it was described in the prior information. The most bothersome was no towels provided bearing in mind how expensive the accommodation was.They should be provided not invited to pay more to be hired????? We did have an issue with the oven and had to grill food instead but this may have been user error but worth the owners taking a look at the oven to check.

The location of the property is great, right in the middle of Lyme Regis. All amenities are easily accessible and the beach front is only a few minutes walk. Lots of restaurants nearby and plenty of choice for many different types of cuisines.

The property feels tired and needs refreshing/updating. Whilst the description states there's parking available, access is only suitable for small vehicles due to the extremely narrow archway. Inside the property, the space is compact. The general décor is a throwback to the 70s. The property feels like it's on a slope when walking inside. The double bed needs replacing, as you feel you'll roll off. The windows aren't easy to close in the main bedroom. Noise from the street occurs throughout the night with businesses receiving deliveries. The other frustration is the butchers underneath the flat. Throughout the day they open and close their chiller which vibrates through the property. Access to the property is up a steep fire exit staircase, of which is lined by dustbins for the numerous properties around - delivering an unpleasant smell. There's only freeview TV available which is also a shame. Overall, overpriced for what it delivers.
