Дом находится в прекрасном районе, отличный интерьер. Лестница не сколько не была помехой, а наоборот напоминает что мы живет в историческом центре

La ubicación es inmejorable. La atención es inmediata para cualquier duda o sugerencia. La habitación es bastante cómoda. Todos los servicios funcionales. Se llega tanto a la playa como al centro de la ciudad en menos de 5 min de caminata. además el barrio es bastante curioso y llamativo. Muy lindo!
No es que no nos haya gustado, además está muy claro en la descripción. La escalera para el acceso a la habitación tienen mucha pendiente y los escalones son bastante altos, es un poco incomodo. Es decir es manejable pero sería un pero para personas con restricciones de movilidad o gente mayor.

J'aurais dû prendre les informations communiquées par l'hôte avant de chercher l'appartement ! Pas si facile à trouver :) Chambre ok mais les escaliers pour y accéder ne sont pas facile à monter, typique de ces années là ! Appartement situé près de tout ! et facilement accessible !
Oublier le stationnement gratuit ... plus facile de gagner à la loto que d'en trouver un, ça nous a couté 100 $ de stationnement 1.5E de l'heure et ce jour et nuit, cependant il était à 4 minutes de marche. L'hôte nous a grandement aidé pour trouver, merci.

Très bien situé, tout est à proximité. L’hôte est très disponible et la communication était fluide. Il y a la clim qui fonctionne bien dans la chambre et tous les matériels sont mis à disposition. Nous n’avons manqué de rien.
Les escaliers trop raides, pour les personnes âgées ou les enfants ce serait peut-être difficile. Comme il y a beaucoup de plantes autour, nous avons vu pas mal d’insectes dans l’appart (pour les personnes qui ont un peu peur 😅) y compris un gros cafard mais l’hôte nous a indiqué pour les produits etc. Donc nous avons su gérer.
