Appartamento Ca' Marco Polo

Apt was recently renovated and very lovely and clean, and in a great area with greenspace and parks. Nice layout with 2 bathrooms and I liked the kitchen area. The host was so helpful with directions to the apt, and then directions to get to Venice airport. Vanni was a sweet man.

While we were there, it got very hot and humid at night time. There was a lock on the airconditioner so we couldn't turn it on. It would have been nice if we could have had cooler air while we slept . We had the windows open for a short time but because there were no screens mosquitoes were coming in so we had to close them. I think the humidity during the time we were there is not that common for that time of year and I suspect that the air conditioner is set to come on during the summer months when it's hotter weather. It was just a fluke that it got so hot and humid that 1 night. Other than that, it truly was a lovely place to stay in.

Perfect location, big flat, super host with sightseeing advise. Walking distance from St Mark square and meanwhile pleasant to enjoy local amenities like coffee house, bakery, shop etc. Close to vaporeto stations.

La ubicación, perfecta, puedes ir andando a todos los sitiosy la zona muy tranquila, fuera del monton de gente. El apartamento perfecto, limpio comodo y tiene de todo, a parte el sr. Vanni, el propietario, una persona maravillosa, encantadora, nos ayudo y aconsejo para ir a los sitios, si volvemos a Venezia, sin duda repetiremos.

There was no fan or AC in two bedroom we couldn’t sleep at night it’s was very difficult only one AC in living room which is not sufficient and bathing area is too small hardly one person can stand inside bathtubs
