An affordable unit in the middle of the town. Host was welcoming and accommodative enough to cater to your needs
May be it was just me but the mattress felt a bit uneven.

We enjoyed the convenience and location to town and the shops.
Host Mike was very friendly and made us feel welcome.
The beds were comfortable and everything worked in the unit.
A little more attention to cleaning the cobwebs off the walls and ceilings would have gone a long way.
We were three people staying over for two nights, a second roll of toilet paper in the bathroom would have been a good idea.
The road noise was a little bit of an issue for us.

Location was good
The accommodation was below average. The bed had winter sheets and winter pillow cases on it, in the heart of summer. The bedding needs an upgrade. No coffee or tea provided. The tray inside the oven of the small stove was dirty. Had to wash it before we could use it. The inside of the oven is rusted. Needs to be upgraded. A few upgrades required overall.
