About this cottage rental
7 min walk, 1/2 mile to Oceanside Beach. The perfect base for exploring all that Southern California has to offer. Full kitchen and bedroom with new king size bed. This back/guest house is completely private and is fully fenced. Very bright and airy yet private and cozy! Two private patio/outdoor spaces with comfortable seating. Great area for walking, exploring or just relaxing and reading a book. Spend your days visiting the beach or nearby theme parks and your nights sampling the offerings of Oceanside's many microbreweries, gastro-pubs and trendy restaurants.

The cottage was very well equipped and comfortable. You have to realize that it is a cottage, abit rustic and vintage. The tv system is difficult, the bed is firm, the towels are nice, the garage is very handy considering the parking issues in the area. The fence was nice for our dog.

We checked out this morning. Overall we enjoyed the space especially the garage for our SUV. We felt secure inside the unit but the locale just down the road was marginal. Your landscaping service did show up on Wednesday morning as you said. They spent a few minutes blowing leave off the front deck but that was about it. You are certainly not getting your money's worth from this service. The outside was deep in leaves, sticks and branches from all of the overhanging trees. My wife enjoys gardening so she spent just about every day cleaning out the pots and leaves from the planting beds which we expected the landscape service to do. She left the place in much better condition than when we found it. Also the is residue from active spiders and bugs should be cleaned up. We left behind an iphone charger in the bedroom and left our Amazon Prime registration on the TV in the bedroom. We would appreciate it if you would deregister our Amazon Prime off the bedroom TV system. If you would also be so kind to return our phone charger.
