Oceanside Beach Condo. Walk to Beach!

Wonderful top floor and just blocks to the beach. We loved our stay!

Loved loved this place so much! Definitely will stay here again. Close to everything , so bright & clean.

Our stay was wonderful, very clean and bright, easy to access, good location for restaurants, great neighborhood, easy walk to beach, I would recommend this place for others as well as stay again

This property is close to the beach, the location is ideal. The condo is clean and the owners responded when we contacted them and they even let us check in before the official check-in time. For many people this property would work - but for our family it did not. In our past VRBO experiences - the properties are like checking into our own getaway home. This property was more like staying at a friends. The refrigerator and cupboards were filled with food on arrival (1/2 eaten gallon of ice cream, opened condiments, cereal, pancake mix, opened milk, eggs etc). There was so much food we had no where to put our groceries. We contacted the owners- they were very kind - but stated they liked leaving food for their guests so they didn’t have to buy as much, and also the food was there for them when they came and enjoyed their beach house. That didn’t work for us. We didn’t want to use milk from strangers. Also, the kitchen lacked cooking pots and pans. It had some, but the pans were too small if you are cooking for 6 adults. The property advertises it sleeps 6 but there were only a handful of hangers and 1 room had no closet or dresser so our clothes had to stay on the floor (and the trundle bed would work for kids but not for adults with adult back issues). In the one bedroom the dresser and closet had the owners clothes and shoes in it. There was also only 1 beach chair- in spite of being advertised for 6 people! The there was no cable tv - which was fine. We went to netflicks - but when we went to the site - the owners were logged in on with all their devices so we couldn’t get on. We ended up having to use our own log in - which again would be fine except I don’t travel with my netflicks username and password - because it’s auto saved since 2015! The house would work for many people, but it didn’t for us! It was not set-up like a traditional VRBO. The owners were kind and responsive. The unit was clean (except the fridge), and the location was ideal. Just too under- equipped and causal for us. If you are Low- maintenance - this would be great!
