Harbour Escape Apartments Docklands

Close to a tram stop which gave free access into the city. Restaurants and supermarkets all close.

Staying for 7 nights there should be more of the essentials stocked in the apartment. For example dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry powder & toilet paper. Having to purchase these items for the 7 day stay meant that we left behind what we did not use. Also an apartment access to netflix would have been good.

Very spacious,comfortable and the location was awesome

Had a bit of a problem getting the info to get into the apartment, as my global roaming decided not to work.

No breakfast

Was under impression that we would be met at the apartment to be given the keys and had to ring them 1 hr before arriving when landing at airport. However, my friend who picked up key was instructed to go to location at No. 5 and we were at No. 39 to pick up keys at locked box. Was not very happy about this as she had a very large suitcase and struggles with mobility. This was not clear in communication and would have made other arrangements if known. The beds are very hard, no mattress topper and neither of us slept well. Booked waterfront apartment and got a side view with a brick wall when we sat on balcony. Pictures misleading as you take potluck with which apartment they choose for you. It wasn't the one we wanted. Wouldnt stay again.
