Our host was very responsive. Easy access to free parking from within the building. The location was good. Easy access to free tram. Wonderful sea view from the spacious apartment.
The apartment is a little old. The furniture and the appliances are dated.

Proximity to the trams and easy access into the city
It was difficult locating the property due to one way street and property number not being prominently displayed.

Good location. Have most of the stuff . Don’t have to bring too many things with us. Like towels, shampoo, body wash, don’t have to buy hand wash, dishwashing, all provided.
There’s no lock in the ensuite bathroom

The apartment was quite large and had a good view.
The towels were thin and hard.the heater in the lounge didn't work.very cold in Melb had to wrap ourselves in blankets to keep warm! The remote for the heater was wrapped in scrappy tape holding the batteries in.the beds were very low to the ground.the decor was cheap.needed a chair in the bedrooms as having to sit on the bed to put shoes on wasn't ideal.We believe we paid too much for this apartment.should be reimbursed at least $100.
