Penthouse with Stunning City Views

The property was neat and tidy. View was nice from the balcony and amenities were complete. Location is convenient as well! ☺️ Excellent communication from the owners too.

Loved the terrace and the comfortable furnishings. The swimming pool and spa were wonderful.

Very disappointed that we had to pay $50 for parking when we purposely booked an apartment with free parking. Toilet had an unpleasant odour. Floor beside the pool was very slippery and one of the girls slipped over and hurt her wrist and back.

Location & view was great.

The apartment number was not glaringly obvious in any of the emails that was sent through. The apartment smelled very musty on entry, the drains in the bathroom also gave off an odour. Too many plastic flowers just cheapened the “penthouse” feel. There was a remote for Netflix and other platforms but was unable to access for viewing. Aircon stopped working after day 1, sent message to owners but heard nothing back from them. Dishwasher smelled disgusting. Only 3 coffee pods and for 2ppl on a 3 day stay, no instant coffee as an alternative. No sanitary bags or shower caps for guests in bathroom. A small side table or coffee table in front of sofa would be nice to put drinks/snacks on whilst watching tv. Overall, it was not the “penthouse” experience we thought we were getting. It was an over priced air bnb.
