Sublime view and excellent host
Great experience staying in a family gesthouse in the heart of the mountain with attentive hosts, I highly recommend it. Comfort level, bedding and largely adequate bus stop nearby for the more adventurous and a breathtaking view of the mountains

Top of the list for this property is the overwhelmingly beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, and when sunrise comes it bathes the vista in a amazing glow.
The family that run this property have obviously being doing this for a long time and very quickly mad us feel welcome.
If I ever come back, or rather, when I come back to Hapatale I will definitely stay here.
The food we had for dinner and breakfast is delicious and freshly cooked
My only gripe would be the size of the door to the rooms we stayed in, but in their defence, they offered another room for us to stay in.

We had the best stay! We got picked up by the owner by tuk-tuk and had a really lovely welcome with coffee and an amazing view over the mountains. In the evening we had an amazing home cooked dinner and played UNO with the whole family. We felt like home and had our own private cooking class! And if you have any questions about what to do or about the trip, the whole family helps you out! We definitely come back!
