Gorgeous location with stunning views + the grounds of the hotel are lovely; beautiful rooftop space where you can sit and enjoy the view. Rooms were clean and well appointed.
Some of the rooms don't block out sound well at all and you can hear a lot of noise from the nearby dining room, though the staff were very kind in accommodating me when I requested to be moved (as I'm a light sleeper), though this may not always be possible if they're fully booked.

The garden is absolutely beautiful, as is the rooftop. Incredible views from the restaurant, garden, balconies and rooftop overlooking the mountains. Delicious sir lankan buffet dinner with plenty of choices and vegetarian options. Building itself is architecturally very nice, and the rooms were very spacious.
We felt the manager quite pushy about booking excursions, activities and onward travel through him whilst we were eating our dinner, which felt quite overwhelming after a long day of travelling. I appreciate that he was trying to be helpful and many guests would benefit from this but we felt slightly pressurised and cornered to do so.

Lovely room with an amazing view. Comfortable bed, hot water for shower. Good buffet breakfast and dinner.
Nothing, but be aware, it is very steep terrain around here, so there are many stairs. No air con, though there is always a breeze.
