Heel nette en moderne accommodatie. Op 4’ wandelen van gigijoch kabelbaan. Rustig gelegen. Fijn dat je gebruik mag maken van de welness in 2 2 van hun andere accomodaties. Om de dag wissel van handdoeken inbegrepen. Heerlijke infrarood in appartement aanwezig. Alles was prima. Wij komen zeker terug.

Geen. Een extra tip: hangslotje meenemen om je skilocker op slot te doen.

Top verblijf, top locatie! Heel erg mooi appartement, heel schoon en super service.

Not our first time in this location, and it stays great as it was. We'll definitely be glad to visit again. A good large apartment to host a family of 4, with all the facilities, and also getting cleaned up. And the fun of having an infrared sauna built in, and the hotel services available, barely 5 min walk from the lift.

Self service laundry isn't anywhere to be found in the region until 1 hour drive. For using the hotel laundry service need to drop the laundry at the hotel, and the prices are, well, hotel prices, per piece, prohibitive for a weekly family clean-up that can easily exceed 200€. A few paid washing machines for the customers would make longer stays easier.

- The apartment is very nice, clean and cosy. I do recommend it. We had a 2 floor apartment on the top level, bedrooms upstairs and the bathroom was very spacious with a big bathtub, and a shower. The outdoor area is a big plus. - We stayed 5 nights and after 2 nights our apartment was cleaned and the trash was taken out + we got new towels. Very thoughtful.

- Upon arrival we were informed the Summer card is not included in our stay, although Regina is a partner for Summer card. This is very important information that should be stated in the booking.com information, as all the other apartments we saw on booking.com did have the Summer card included, The past years when we went to the mountains (in Oetz, Sankt Anton, Naturno, etc) the Summercard was always included in our appartment I actually thought it was “normal” but just to be sure I also looked up ‘Regina’ and saw it was stated as a partner at the Summercard website. As we were 2 adults and 2 children, we had to spend an extra 280 euro on the Summer card… Had we known, we would’ve maybe chosen a different accommodation - or at least we would’ve been aware. - Another feedback regarding the check in: I was texting with the accommodation beforehand, it would’ve been nice if she informed us we had to check in at the hotel instead of the Lodge address, maybe an automatically generated info mail to everyone booking the apartments with this information is a good idea - The “fully equipped kitchen” only has 2 cooking pits and there is no oven dish for the (very small) oven
