Very friendly and kind staff, good breakfast and nice location. They clean the room every day and it generally seems pretty clean. Breakfast is similar, but still a little different every day. Roof top is nice, but it was too hot to enjoy during the day. We enjoyed our stay and would come back!
Location is actually great, but it’s tucked away in an alley and we were glad we did not arrive in the dark.
The riad is a little more run down than we thought. There was water leaking to the floor from the toilet, so it was contantly wet. The drain in the shower was also quite slow. We mistakenly brushed our teeth using the water from the sink and regretted that for a few days after :)

Extremely close to both a taxi station for ease of carrying your bag, as well as to the center of the Medina. The room was very quiet even with the windows open. The location could not be beat.
The room was a bit smaller than it appeared. Not a big deal as we were not in in much.
