Location, the room and shower facilities were good. Fantastic view from our bedroom and breakfast room. Bonus there was free parking. Very friendly staff
Few creaky floorboards in the room above. General noises outside seagulls, road noise but this is to be expected staying on the main road and on the sea front!

Staff polite and convenient location.
Size of the room smaller than expected. Paid for sea facing but got west facing and not what was advertised by booking.com. Either party have not yet met a solution despite my photos. Confusing breakfast options, vegan get a march larger variety of items compared to full English? we like beans and hash browns too ;-)
