Nice and quiet, very comfortable with an amazing bed and lots of little complimentary bits that made it extra nice, very clean rooms and the shower was really nice
The lifts are very cramped and a little slow

Great location, lovely touches, room as described.
Check in was slow, queuing out the door, maybe allow staggered check in if staff unable to move faster. Leisure facilities disappointing as older children only allowed to use the pool.

breakfast was great, bed very comfy- room small but that was expected as its a cozy double and didn't bother us.
Paying for parking- perhaps a discount could be offered if parking in a nearby garage?
Paying for the spa- gets a bit expensive if you use it everyday - if the the £10 fee covered both guests that would be better
