Our family liked totally everything in Hotel Gasthaus Post - the food was fresh and very tasty (dinner and breakfast), staff very friendly and polite, view from our room was just stunning, very comfortable bed and very quiet place. In generally it was very cozy atmosphere, we felt very good at this hotel. Definitely recommend this place to everyone and hope to come back one day as well.

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful time in the hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room, the comfort, the dinner... especially the dinner. The staff was very kind, the place is charming, there's a lot of silence and peace.

I personally, would've loved to have some more sweets at breakfast, like different cakes from the area for example and we had croissants only in 1 of the 3 days, but in the end, it's not like you don't have enough to eat so it's not a negative note, it's just a personal suggestion.

Poor

I did like the size of our room, and the newly refurbished bathroom: in particular the shower was amazing (except for the occasional shortage of warm water). The quality of our food was certainly good, in the only meal we had.

We've had trouble sleeping in our room, both because of the lack of blackout curtains, and because of the quality of our beds. - light in the room: there was light coming from the big windows at night, coming from the electric lights outside, and during the morning. The curtains were probably blocking 15-20% of the light, plus they were different than the curtains in the pictures on Booking.com - bed quality: I didn't find the mattress particularly good, but was more disappointing was the quality and the unusual shape of our pillows, and the rough feeling of the sheets. I'd like to add that I've travelled many countries and I'm accustomed to different approaches to preparing a bed: this is one of the worst I've found so far.

Alles bestens, wir würden dort wieder buchen.

Sehr freundliche und nette MItarbeiterinnen. Sehr angenehmes "Klima" im Haus. Superior-Zimmer mit großer Dusche, Couch, allgemein geräumig. Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus. Zur Halbpension gibt es ein schönes Salatbuffet, alles frisch, das Essen war sehr gut. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Schade, dass es erst ab 7.30 Uhr Frühstück gibt.

Hotel pulito, a pochi km da Vipiteno. Personale disponibile, anche se ridotto al minimo.

Ad accoglierci c'era una giovane cameriera, che si è prodigata per fornirci le chiavi e le info necessarie. Fantastica

All'arrivo non era presente nessuno alla reception, tempi lunghi. Se non fosse stato per la cameriera... In bagno forte odore di scarico, probabilmente perchè la camera non veniva usata da un pò. Il giorno successivo, dopo un paio di docce, non vi era più nessun odore.

Grande potenziale, struttura moderna e ben curata, ottima cucina, grandissima pecca l'area SPA

Hotel molto bello, con camera moderna e curata. Abbiamo cenato in struttura: cucina tipica davvero ottima, e anche la colazione è stata eccellente, con prodotti di qualità. Posizione top: in pieno centro di un paesino molto carino. Receptionist davvero cordiale e disponibile. Sono inclusi anche biglietti per la piscina e gli slittini, cosa che fa piacere e aggiunge valore al soggiorno.

Note negative: in camera mancava completamente il classico kit di cortesia (ciabatte, shampoo, ecc.) e i dispenser a parete erano terminati. Inoltre la piccola spa era veramente gelida: ci è stato detto che andava prenotata, ma questa informazione non era stata indicata né al check-in né via mail. Anche dopo aver acceso il riscaldamento, l’ambiente è rimasto troppo freddo e non ci siamo riusciti a rilassare un vero peccato perchè capisco non accendere la sauna ma almeno il riscaldamento dovrebbe restare sempre acceso in una struttura in alto adige in stagione invernale. Il bagno turco non faceva molto vapore. La signora al servizio ai tavoli è risultata piuttosto fredda nei modi.

In ogni caso siamo stati bene!

Le mie aspettative sono state rispettate: lo staff è stato gentile e presente, la posizione è ottima come anche la colazione( magari manca un pò di varietà); sulla cena ho avuto impressioni diverse da sera a sera personalmente punterei di più sulla cucina locale.

La stanza che mi è stata assegnata non è all'altezza della struttura in generale che, invece, si presenta molto bene, è accogliente e curata.

Piacevole e accogliente.

Pasti buoni e di qualità, con tanta varietà per colazione. Buona la pulizia e la comodità delle stanze. Ottima posizione per viaggiare in Alto Adige, perché l'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione dei treni e degli autobus (raggiungibile anche a piedi). Personale molto gentile e cordiale.

Per me, che non riesco a dormire se non al buio completo, l'unico neo è che la camera non si oscura del tutto durante la notte (ci sono solo le tende). Per cui, eventualmente, organizzatevi con una maschera da notte.

Das Hotel liegt in einem sehr hübschen Südtiroler Dorf. Es handelt sich um ein älteres Gebäude, das jedoch hervorragend renoviert wurde – insbesondere in Bezug auf Isolierung und Zimmerkomfort, sodass man im Inneren den historischen Charakter gar nicht bemerkt. Wir haben das Abendessen sowie das Frühstück sehr genossen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top!

Se ci fosse in camera un piccolo frigo bar sarebbe perfetto per qualsiasi necessità. Avevo bisogno di conservare in frigo un medicinale e me lo hanno tenuto comunque, ma se c'era il frigo in camera non avrei dovuto creare disturbo.😌

Rilassante soggiorno nel piccolo borgo di Campo di Trens

Struttura molto ben gestita e curata, come dimostrato dalla gradita attenzione rivolta ai dettagli e alla pulizia. La camera era abbastanza ampia e pulita, con cambio degli asciugamani ogniqualvolta fosse necessario, ma non delle lenzuola. Sono sicuramente da rimarcare la gentilezza, il tatto e la disponibilità di tutto lo staff, sempre pronto ad ascoltare le richieste del cliente al fine di soddisfarle quanto più possibile. Lo stesso clima cordiale si respira nel ristorante dell’albergo, una vera sorpresa per la prelibatezza dei piatti che, sebbene richiamassero la tradizione sudtirolese, erano sempre diversi e ricercati, senza tuttavia esagerare, in un equilibrio di sapori davvero notevole. Inoltre, apprezzata anche l’offerta di poter scegliere l’opzione vegetariana. Altrettanto ricca e variegata la colazione. Dotato di un comodo parcheggio, l’albergo si trova in una posizione ideale per esplorare le valli circostanti. Da ritornarci!

Niemand ist unhöflich aber man fühlt sich auch nicht gerade herzlich willkommen hier. Ich werde bei der nächsten Durchreise eine der anderen Optionen testen.

Trotz einiger Abstriche ein schöner Urlaub

Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und insbesondere das Reinigungspersonal. Die ausführlichen Infos am Anreisetag und zwischendurch haben uns den Urlaub in Südtirol positiv gestalten lassen. Auf Nachfrage wurde das Frühstücksbuffet minimal aufgefüllt.

Die Speisekarte war für unsere Erwartungen sehr reduziert. Es gab einige wenige Gerichte Ala carte. Ansonsten wurde uns die Halbpension für mehrere Tage zu einem guten Preis angeboten. Allerdings bei einmaliger Nutzung überteuert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war oft dezimiert und der Kaffee teilweise stark abgekühlt.
