They kept my luggages in my room despite arriving very early befor going for my meeting. I appreciate that

We appreciated the fan most from all the equipment provided, since it was a night with high temperatures. The contact to the property and check in went smoothly through a key box. We were also grateful for the fridge in our room. The mattresses were rather firm, what we really enjoyed. The area is rather quiete, but we had the pleasure to witness a traditional „Kirmes“ with a brass choir parade. A tram station is near by.
Some installations need a handyman. The toilet was leaking and the window was hard to open.

Großzügiges Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Küche mit Essplatz, 2 Bädern. Bequeme Betten, z.T. hübsche Möbel.
Gut gelegen zum Bahnhof Oberkassel Nord. Günstiger Preis.
Etwas wenig Geschirr, z.B. nur 2 hohe Trinkgläser, keine Weingläser, nur 1 Kaffeebecher und 1 Espressotasse. Die Fenster knarren stark, v.a. in der Küche. Wegen der Lage an einer Durchfahrtstrasse recht laut am frühen Morgen. Im kleineren Schlafzimmer wären Ablagemöglichkeiten an den Betten schön. Für längere Aufenthalte wären außerdem Kleiderschränke mit Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Kleider wünschenswert.
