Schöne, ruhige Lage, dabei stadtnah nach Bonn; sehr freundliches Personal, ausreichend Parkplätze an der Unterkunft, schöne Terrasse und Wintergarten :))
Ausstattung für meinen Geschmack etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Bad allerdings top neu! Unterkunft nur mit Frühstück buchbar, bei Geschäftsreisen habe ich aber leider keine Zeit für gemütliches Frühstücksbuffet, was sehr gut aussah… Das ist aber ein Thema des individuellen Bedarfs!

-die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig
Wo ist die Rampe um die Koffer hoch zu rollen? Also auch nicht Rollstuhl Fahrer tauglich. die Ausstattung des Zimmers nicht angemessen: -kein Kühlschrank -kein Wasserkocher -keine Klimaanlage -sehr in die Jahre gekommen -Staub in den Ablagefächern im Schrank -nur 1 Schlüssel für's Zimmer Bad: -Seifenspender mal austauschen, Metall hat Rost angesetzt -zu wenig oder besser gesagt keine Ablageflächen, weder Handtuchhaken, noch Regale... Frühstücksbuffet nicht angemessen für den Preis!!! -kalte Eier, wenn überhaupt welche da waren -keine Kaffeemaschine/Vollautomat -Personal zu wenig oder voll überfordert und teilweise unfreundlich Es war von Samstag auf Sonntag eine Hochzeit im Hotel, dadurch wahrscheinlich mehr Gäste. Dann bitte mehr Personal und mehr Frühstück einplanen. Der Preis passt überhaupt nicht zur Ausstattung und dem dargebotenen Frühstück!!!
