I loved the location, the room was quite, clean, and the bed very comfortable. Will stay again.

Did not have breakfast there because it didn’t fit in with our schedule, but pretty sure it would have been a great breakfast - nice restaurant area..

There is a small lift, so the hotel is pretty accessible, but it does not go down to the Sauna area as this is in the basement. You would need to walk some stairs. Though I didn’t ask staff about it. So there might be somewhere.

Clean and has good facilities. I have been visiting for decades and I’m always happy with my stay. I feel safe and comfortable as a solo traveller.

Lovely hotel with everything you need for a trip away from home. Plus amazing staff

The atmosphere and cleanliness. Distance to Cologne is decent. Hotel is across the road to a park. All staff were super helpful and honestly made this an even more pleasant stay.

Room has a fan instead of aircon, got a little warm anytime I turned it off.

Awesome stay with family

Everything at top level, super comfortable stay with family. Even though the building is old, everything inside is new. Breakfasts are very good, parking is very convenient.

The hotel was very comfortable, with a spacious room and a nice breakfast (including a cold press to make your own fruit juice). The location was ideal to attend a wedding at La Redoute.

The desk was not always manned and the staff were a bit curt. The shower changed temperature slightly. Parking wasn't included in the price. But those are minor discomforts - we had a nice stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. As someone with 13 years of experience working in the hotel industry across various establishments, I must say that the breakfast provided here was truly exceptional. The selection and variety surpassed anything I have seen before, even in larger hotels. It was a delightful and delicious start to each day. The room I stayed in was modest in size, but it met all my needs and left me satisfied. While it may not have had any extravagant features, it was comfortable and provided a pleasant stay. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel kindly arranged a kinderbet for our baby. Their attention to detail and consideration for our family’s needs was greatly appreciated.

The location on the center of the city near the restaurants and markets

The room references is not clear as I asked for a queen size bed and they said that they are fully booked and I arrived late, instead they put a 2 double beds next to each other which caused me back pain daily.. The bathroom amenities were not available and it’s only for once during the stay.. the same thing with water bottles only once upon arrival The hot water is not available and you have to keep the water running until it reaches the temperature you need.. The breakfast for 2 wks were the same without any change on the menu.. the same cheese varieties daily The room service is not available nor a menu in the room.. you have to go downstairs to order and they charge you for delivery to your room?? Found some insects on the bathroom during my stay and the same insects on my laundry upon my arrival back home.. Why would I pay for my parking ticket though am staying at the hotel!? Why it’s not for free

The breakfast was good. The property was located close to the train station with amenities close by. Room was nice and clean. Used the laundry service and was pleased. Staff was friendly.

More pillows and towels would be nice. I could have requested more but did not.

The breakfast was excellent. The room and facilities were very good. The hotel is conveniently located next to a precinct with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants close by (this is not Bonn city centre).

It's worth noting that this hotel is quite far from the centre of Bonn (this is clear on booking.com).
