Close to lift, staff friendly.

Very noisy room, loud noise from jacuzzi or plumbing system. Very small bathroom, hard to move. Water from toilet gies on the floor when flushing,

The hotel looks nice from the outside. Very poor quality inside. Terrible food and service.

We liked the Man dressing up as a clown or a Santa Claus that the children might like.

Terrible service at the Hotel. Apart from the cleaning ladies, the service in the hotel is terrible and they probably work as a penalty. Food terrible and monotonous. Different room prices on the website. The photos of the rooms do not resemble what we found. The hotel is focused only on tricking customers.

Good last minute find. Decent breakfasts, better evening meals. Clean and tidy, very close to the Folgarida gondola station. Very helpful and kind staff.

Relax ad alta quota

Hotel molto curato nello stile, 6 min a piedi dalla cabinovia, dotato sia di skiroom che di pulmino che porta sulle piste (escluso però il sabato). Tuttavia nel nostro caso probabilmente perché c’era tanta gente ci hanno fatto lasciare l’attrezzatura da sci direttamente vicino alla cabinovia gratuitamente in un negozio di noleggio, opzione comunque molto comoda poiché proprio adiacente alle piste. Spa piccolina ma molto carina, da prenotare con un po’ di anticipo. Non ho ho avuto modo di provare la SPA privata che sembrava molto bella e dove sei da solo per un’ora. La colazione è stratosferica con addirittura la macchina per fare i centrifugati! Il parcheggio per la macchina è a pagamento in un garage adiacente a 15 euro al giorno

Ottimo hotel, personale gentile e accogliente. Apprezzati ambienti puliti e ben arredati. Spa piccolina ma funzionale. Ottima la colazione e la cena con antipasti e dolci a buffet. Animali domestici ben accettati.

Der Aufenthalt war extrem enttäuschend: besonders der Eigentümer war unfreundlich, das Frühstück ab 9 Uhr kaum noch vorhanden, Sitzplätze wurden täglich neu zugewiesen. Mein Bruder hat eine Gehbehinderung, trotzdem wurde uns an einem Tag der am weitesten entfernte und mit Hindernissen verbundene Sitzplatz zugewiesen – und der angeblich kostenlose Parkplatz war nur ein öffentlicher Straßenrand; auf Nachfrage kam nur der Hinweis, man solle das Kleingedruckte lesen

Fijne week gehad !

Alles aanwezig zoals het hoort. Netjes en vriendelijk. Sauna mogelijkheid is zeker een meerwaarde, maar niet altijd even proper.

Was te weinig plek om ski gerief te plaatsen. Kamer ook aan de kleine kant. Restaurant was oké maar niet heel uitgebreid of afwisselend. Enkel openbare parking tegen betaling.
