Pleasant stay in Folgarida

Good location, clean and comfortable room, very nice Spa facilities, tasty breakfasts and dinners, good wine and drinks in the bar, free transport to and from the ski lift and last but not least very kind staff.i.a. Ana and Nino :)

Overall Great Experience!

Breakfast was great, the people and service were amazing. We were very well looked after. The rooms were comfortable, quiet and warm enough.

Showers could be slightly bigger as the shower would turn off every time we moved while showering. One upsetting part of the hotel is that a painting from a member of Mussolini's family was hanging in the lobby. Although we tried to be non-judgemental, it is hard to believe that at this time and age, there would be anything related to the fascist movement.

Relaxing after a hard day

The receptionist Romena made us very welcome & went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with all aspects of our stay. The restaurant was amazing & although we didn't try the Wellness Centre it looked well worth a visit. Parking for the bike was a breeze & secure.

Bardzo udany wyjazd 4 dni narty 5 nocy w hotelu

Świetna obsługa, blisko stoku choć nie przy samym stoku, około 150m. Na rozgrzewkę można dojść, opcjonalnie skibus jeździ w pętli do drugiego wyciągu. Stosunek jakości do ceny znakomity! Polecam!

Brak darmowego miejsca parkingowego, uważam, że powinno być w cenie.

Albergo molto tranquillo, pulito, confortevole e dotato di servizi e di un eccellente centro benessere: torneremo di cer

Camera: pulizia, camera molto luminosa, entrambi i bagni finestrati e dotati di box doccia e bidet, ampiezza armadi, pavimento in legno grezzo, radiatori molto efficaci, accappatoi di misure assortite, 2 grandi TV a schermo piatto. Struttura: sontuosa SPA con finiture eccellenti e a cui non manca nulla se non forse il ghiaccio, bella la piscina con idromassaggio; lounge pulita ed accogliente, ristorante con vista panoramica Ristorazione: bevande calde della colazione preparate al bar (con offerta di bis), personale sempre molto gentile, buoni lo yogurt, i pancake e le marmellate. Servizi: servizio massaggi molto valido, disponibile la navetta da e per gli impianti, ski-room ampia e comoda

Prima colazione davvero non all’altezza del resto e comunque non di un 4 stelle: bacon, uova strapazzate e pane fresco trovati solo un giorno su tre, macedonia sciroppata anziché fresca, assenza di frutta, limitatissima offerta di salumi (2) e formaggi (1), biscotti imbustati. Camera: mancava la maniglia interna di apertura di uno dei box doccia; il segnale televisivo è assai debole (meglio dotarsi di un impianto a ricezione satellitare); il terzo letto, ricavato dal sofà, è privo di un piano d’appoggio vicino alla testata; asciugacapelli poco efficaci; mancava la busta per la biancheria sporca; sistema di sospensione delle grucce degli armadi scomodissimo; cestini per la raccolta dell’immondizia stonati (meglio usare contenitori in corda, fibra naturale o in box inox anziché in plastica!). Servizi: nella ski- room, le rastrelliere per gli scarponi, del tipo con riscaldamento ad aria calda, erano spente; possibilità di posteggio limitate e piuttosto scomode

Świetny na kilkudniowy wyjazd narciarski

Blisko stoku, ski bus hotelowy codziennie rano dowoził pod gondolę, dobre śniadanie, jak na włoskie standardy obfite i z elementami innymi niż tylko klasyczny rogalik i kawa (szynki, sery, jajecznica, kiełbaski, nawet Prosecco). Świetna kawa. Uczynna, uśmiechnięta i mówiąca świetnie po angielsku (!) obsługa recepcji, sympatyczna strefa saun z łaźnią parową i sauną suchą.

Hotel nastawiony głównie na klienta włoskiego, brakowało mi informacji o kolacjach po angielsku, nikt też się nie pytał czy chcemy je wykupić. Ostatecznie przez to nie skorzystaliśmy z nich. Obsługa restauracji nieco powolna

מלון מקסים ומשפחתי, מעוצב יפהפה. החדר גדול, נקי מאוד עם נוף נהדר. נוחיות - הסעה של המלון לרכבל וחזרה. ומעבר להכל - בעלי המלון אנשים חמים ומקסימים, ועוזרים בכל מה שצריך. אפילו כשהייתי חולה הבעלים הסיע אותי לרופא ולבית המרקחת. ארוחת הבוקר מצוינת והמסעדה משובחת. תודה רבה לאנה ולכל המשפחה על הארוח!
