Convenient position near to the front but far enough away not to hear the bustle . Very quiet. Good air on, great shower space . Comfy bed. Lovely owner .

Not a problem for me but some may find the climb from the water front a bit too much . Got lost trying to find it as google maps placed me in the wrong street. A couple of shop owners tried to help and failed. It’s really easy if you head for the google maps placed location then go two streets away. The street is named on the wall.

The location is great! We wanted to be close to the harbor, shops, and restaurants. We were in the mix and it made our stay at Hvar fabulous! We knew we would be giving up some amenities to stay there, so we were good.

Although everything was very clean, I think updated towels are not too much to ask. It gave the feeling of not really caring about our stay and who was staying there. Our studio apartment was very small and we were tripping over our suitcases. However, we did not spend a whole lot of time in our apartments, so we made it work. We were too busy enjoying Hvar! There were ants in the 2 bedroom apartment, and they got into my daughters backpack. This didn't happen anywhere else we stayed. That being said, the apartment itself was clean.

The mattress was very comfortable. We had a walk in shower and even the foamy mattress for the beach is left in the wardrobe. The outdoor terrace is nice, it had a rope you can put your towels on and table with 2 chairs. The owner came to fix the tv when we called him.

We didn't have the iron and the ironing board. The kitchen was pretty old; lots of jars on the cabinets that tourists don't have the purpose of. Pots, pans as well as mugs and plates were left there as something that is not needed in the owner's place; felt like "leftovers" with no investments in the property. There were even some plastic cups in the cabinet, rately any proper glass and the cutlery was old and scarce. Microwave wasn't clean (there were some stains on top of it). The fridge was old but at least functional. The property honestly needs some investments, at least in the kitchen utensils. It's not so expensive and it leaves the nice impression. It just wasn't enough this time.
