Apartments - 3 A beautiful apartment with a sea view

Excellent location! Just a short walk from the port, making it incredibly convenient for ferries, water taxis to the beaches and Carpe Diem. Everything is within easy reach.

The property was in a great location and the views from the windows are fantastic. Comfortable beds and pillows And the shared patio was lovely with fantastic views over the sea. We did t use the kitchen so I can’t comment on it. The bathroom was quite small and the shower was not on the wall. The owners lived underneath and was very rude to me one morning accusing me of leaving the air con on while windows are open which I Did not ever do! I told them this wheat just shuck their head and arm up like I was lying. I didn’t appreciate this. They go up and check while you’re not in too. At the end of the day we paid €200 euros per night for this! When they found out I’d not left it on they should have said sorry .

Major Privacy & Guest Intrusion: The hosts live on the ground floor and constantly monitored our movements. They repeatedly came up to our 2nd-floor apartment door unannounced to enforce unwritten rules, and even interrupted us after 11 PM to stop us from simply talking on the 1st-floor terrace, making us feel watched and uncomfortable throughout our stay. Unlisted Rules: Key house rules (such as strict AC/window usage restrictions and terrace curfew enforcement) were never stated on the listing prior to booking. Hygiene & Cleanliness: The apartment felt poorly sanitized upon arrival. We found stray hairs in the shower and under tables, forcing us to buy our own cleaning products and thoroughly disinfect the bathroom and kitchen before we could feel comfortable using them. Amenities & Maintenance Issues: The Wi-Fi does not work at all on the 3rd floor, and there is no ventilation system in the bathroom. The elderly hosts took photos of our physical ID cards on their personal phone for registration. We have formally requested via the property manager that these photos be permanently deleted from their personal device for our privacy and safety, and we hope they comply. Furthermore, because of their intrusive approach, we felt unsafe to argue or reason with them face-to-face as it could’ve resulted in conflict or backlash against us during our stay.
