Friendly host! Beautiful home! Wonderful location!

The hosts were incredibly kind. Met us once we arrived off the ferry and walked us to the beautiful home. Provided us with lots of information about Hvar, discount at a restaurant, maps, and beach towels! Once we checked out Anna kindly let us keep our bags at her home while we explored.

It was a beautiful room, clean washroom. Incredible location. We mistakenly believed we booked the room with the balcony but this must have been my mistake. The room we stayed in was modern clean and comfortable.

Highly recommend Oleandar apartment and room if you are thinking about going ot Hvar.

Irena met us a little way down the road as the location of the apartment was a little hard to find. She personally escorted us to our apartment which was a lovely touch. She was bubbly and welcoming. Irena showed us into the apartment and explained the facilities. Although we were only in Hvar for one night she treated us like we were there for a week and gave us suggestions for meals and things to see and do. On departure she helped us with our luggage and gave us a little souvenir from Hvar to remember our stay. It was a lovely touch.

Great views, wonderful location, charming hostess.

Everything was wonderful! Location right near the cathedral with many restaurants and coffee shops steps away. We had a beautiful view of the fort and town. Anna, the proprietress, was charming and helpful. We were greeted with wine, cookies. Coffee and rolls for breakfast on the balcony. Fridge, microwave, beach towels, and everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Some steps, but not a problem for two 66 year olds with too much luggage!

Beautiful apartment in a lovely location, literally 2 minutes from the harbour. Anna was so welcoming and gave me ideas of how to spend my short time on Hvar. Would definitely recommend

It was a great location for sunsets and the ferry. Adrquate local facilities and good for park entry.

Location, reasonable buffer food. Staff. Comfy bed. Nice view.

Smell of drains in the bathroom. Damp wardrobe. Bedroom door warped and wouldn’t shut. Tired and dated.

Beautiful apartment near the square

This apartment is very close to the main square in Hvar. The room with the terrace has a fantastic view of the city and coast. You walk up several steps get to the apartment but nearly every place there seems to be the same. We enjoyed the terrace and the patio for having a drink or just hanging out. The furnishings are outstanding.

Good apartment, lovely host, great location!

The property is in such a good location in the old town, a few minutes walk to the main square! Anna, the host, is absolutely lovely and offers recommendations for restaurants as well as stocking the property nicely with beverages for arrival which was greatly appreciated!

The only downside we found was that we thought we booked an apartment with a balcony as the photos on the listing were confusing, on arrival it was evident we didn’t have any private outdoor space or a balcony which was disappointing. We did have access to a shared terrace though which we did use.

What a place!!

What a lovely place to stay! Me and my brother were warmly welcomed by our host Anna, who is the sweetest lady ever!!! She was so helpful and kind, telling us about her recommendations for the island. Thanks to her, we had the most amazing time on Hvar, visiting the castle at sunset and going to Mlini. We were also able to store our luggage at the property whilst waiting for our ferry which was super helpful!! The property itself is in a great location, very central and close to some amazing restaurants. The room is lovely, the bed is super comfy and the bathroom was clean! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely be back, thank you Anna!!! ❤️

Amazing, one of the best places I’ve stayed!

Everything, it’s beautiful, clean, new. The bed was comfortable, the host was lovely she even bought me a couple of drinks as it was a public holiday so shops would be closed the day I arrived. I would recommend it to anyone and I already want to go back. I’m sad I only stayed 2 nights.

Incredible stay!! Its a gem ♥️

I loved how Ana (host’s mum) greeted me on arrival, she is the sweetest! The property sat on a quiet and quaint little neighbourhood — away from the crowds but also just a few meters away from the bustling centre! The AC unit was a godsend and the facilities were very clean! The whole apartment was immaculate and smelled AMAZING too!! Ana and her family are such gracious hosts. I felt so at home which is a rare find in accommodations these days. I love that the host kept in touch with me throughout!

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Hvar with Thoughtful Hospitality

The property was centrally located in Hvar, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the town. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, we honestly couldn’t fault a thing. One of the highlights was the balcony, which offered a lovely view over Hvar town. Communication with the host, Anna, was seamless. She even went out of her way to meet us at the main square, helped carry our bags, and kindly allowed us to drop them off before check-in time. We also appreciated thoughtful touches like the provided beach towels, a small detail that made a big difference.

One thing to note: the apartment is accessed via a good number of stairs, which could be a bit of a challenge if you’re carrying several heavy bags. However, this is just something to keep in mind, it’s not a fault of the property itself.

Nice view especially at night of the fortress. The unit itself was super clean and very comfortable. We had a nice balcony with city and fortress view.

Awesome stay. Exceptional Hosts

The perfect Studio, comfortable, clean, great bed and everything we needed in the kitchen. Just a few minutes walk to the town. There is a lovely view of the town and Fort from the balcony. We were met by Anna who was lovely. She even washed our clothes when we got soaking wet in a storm. I cannot recommend this Studio highly enough

Don't bring a big bag unless you have to. There are lots of stairs.

Wonderful host and a perfect stay!

First of all, the host's mother is one of the kindest and the most helpful person we have ever met. She helped us carry our luggage to the second floor without us even requesting for the same and she took care of all small things such as a new toothbrush, extra towels for the beach, umbrellas etc. She was available almost within a minute of messaging and treated us very well. The size of the room was really good and the balcony had a spectacular view of the town. The property is located perfectly and just a five minute walk from the main square. The room had everything that one needs and was modernly designed. Overall a perfect stay for us.

Loved Hvar and this apartment!

The location was perfect! The apartment was clean, modern, nice amenities and a wonderful balcony view. Anna, the hosts mother met us in the square and escorted us to the apartment, showing us around and even helped carry our luggage! She was super sweet!

There was a lot of stairs which made carrying the luggage an issue. Besides the stairs, everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at the Oleander Studio.

The room was very clean and decorated tastefully. There was a gorgeous view from the balcony. The host was very nice and she provided us with some really usefull information. I would like to stress the importance of contacting the host in advance to let her know the time of your arrival, so she can meet you especially since Google Maps will probably take you to a wrong location. Also it is imortant that you are able to walk a lot of stairs. You won’t be able to park near the place (like at most of the houses in Hvar) so I recommend that you travel light. In overall we are extremelly happy with our stay.

We’d definitely recommend!

The location is great, the space clean and the kitchen, if you need it, has everything necessary for a short stay. The host’s mom met us and escorted us to the property, which was a great help (and even dropped off cake later in the evening)!
