This is a wonderful old inn that has been lovingly restored. The family running it are very nice and we enjoyed our interactions with them. Breakfast was wonderful - there was quite a large variety of food to choose from. The fresh squeezed orange juice and yogurt, in particular, were very good! We were going to hike Vikos Gorge and were given excellent advice (park your car at the end and take a taxi to the start) as well as arranging for the taxi for us. After the hike we had dinner at the hotel which was also good. Since it was Good Friday, the owners pointed out to us and explained the traditional procession around the church carrying bowls of fire. It was a great cultural exchange! We would highly recommend staying here.
There was nothing that we didn't like. However, the hotel is built into the hillside, so be aware that there are steps you need to take to get between the rooms and the dinning area. If you can manage the steps, definitely stay here - it was amazing!

The hotel was beautiful, built with a lot of stairs so we appreciated that we got a room near the entrance. The breakfast was made especially for us: sweet, salty and two types of drinks. I definitely recommend staying here.
We disliked the shower. It was nerrow, old and hard to navigate the hot-cold water.

Cool old stone building and some rooms have a view over the valley. Enjoyed having a fireplace in our room, since it snowed while we were there.
The shower was in bad repair. It was a stand alone unit that was cracked and leaked and was moldy. There were no instructions provided for the use of the complicated shower system.
