Lovely clean spacious room, we felt very comfortable during our stay. Dawn is a fantastic host, very friendly, sociable & helpful. Breakfast was wonderful every morning, being able to sit in the dining room of an evening to eat a takeaway was great & we felt right at home... would not hesitate in returning!

The room and bath room were very very clean, the breakfast was a large tasteful hot breakfast and the best tomatoes I’ve ever had. There was a lot of nice little touch’s in the room and enough tea and milk, which is very important to us. A lot of places you go to you always seem to have to ask for more.
