Breakfast was good and plenty to eat. Guest house was quite even quite near to railway line and motorway.
The bed was a little soft, especially around the edges. Would have been good if we could have opened windows even to a safety position.

A great find. Really helpful and friendly hostess who made us feel really welcome and gave us a wonderful breakfast the following morning. The bedroom was clean and the bed comfy. A good shower. Biscuits and chocolates provided to go with the tea and coffee. The kettle didn't fit under the basin tap, but a bottle of water was provided which meant that wasn't an issue. There was a comfy TV lounge downstairs at our disposal for the evening which we enjoyed. We didn't even hear the other guests who were in residence, it was a really quiet, peaceful stay. We would love to stay again as we journey between our home in England and relatives in Belfast - it is a really helpful location, right across from the train station.
