Dawn the owner was very friendly and welcoming, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the room was warm and the shower was hot. Amazing Scottish breakfast, close walking distance to main attractions.

Beautiful room - very homely
Comfortable bed. Great en suite facilities and lovely toiletries supplied.
Close to hotels for meals - walking distance.
Dawn was very friendly and told us we were guests in her guest house.
