Best hotel we stayed in during this trip. Rooms were just absolutely adorable, with good cave vibes while being very comfortable. We actively enjoyed spending time inside the room here. Lots of space, chairs, beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect, very central. Staff were so attentive, even packed us a breakfast bag with sandwiches and turkish delight when we had to get up too early for their included breakfast. No aggressive up-selling for tour packages (though they did offer to book anything we needed). They arranged transportation to and from the airport for us.
Plumbing very mildly tempermental--if other guests are showering at the same time hot water can fluctuate. But overall worked well.

The staff was excellent - very kind and polite. It has good rooftop but due to weather it was closed so we couldn’t really enjoy it. Great location
Breakfast could be better, also my clothes smelled like food after breakfast which I really didnt like as there was no proper ventilation in the room. The electricity sockets were super flimsy and also water in the shower was going from cold to scorching hot all the time.

Really, everything! The location was perfect. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful and I could not be happier with our room. I literally could stay for a month! The attention to detail and design was evident even in this old building. Breakfast up on the patio every morning was fantastic. The entire staff was great, especially.Servet! He helped us with booking Nella ride, restaurant, reservations, and so much more. Top-notch service and such a beautiful setting.
