    The hotel is exceptionally clean, and its location near the city center makes everything wonderfully convenient, The rooms have a gentle, home-like warmth that makes you feel safe and welcomed from the moment you enter. But what truly touched my heart was the staff. They are incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely supportive. I am deeply grateful for everything they did for me, and I sincerely appreciate their kindness. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel , they are truly wonderful people.

    A family business with a personal history and warmth that comes from being personally involved in its operation. It was an experience staying in a cave room albeit with a comfortable bed! There are electric heaters in the room if needed. Love the breakfast! A mini buffet served at the table. The grapes and vegies are organically grown and harvested from the family's farm and vineyard. Oh! The jams! Made with mother's love. There is a viewing terrace right on top, with big cushions. Abit unfortunate the air balloons could not fly due to unsuitable weather. All the more a good reason to come back to relive and update our Memories.
