Once it has been filled out/signed by you and agreed to by us, we will then charge your credit card for the down-payment of 25% of the room rate and confirm your booking. No money will be held or charged from us until you filled out and signed our rental agreement.

CANCELLATION POLICY (PLEASE NOTE IT DIFFERS FROM VRBO)
25% of the room rate will be due upon reservation (once the rental agreement has been signed). The remaining balance will be due 30-60 days prior arrival (depending on the length of your stay). Once paid these amounts are non-refundable. You do have the option to purchase travel insurance. We will send all details once your booking is confirmed.

Our luxurious "Pacific Sands #3565" is the upper unit of a two unit home. The minute you walk in the door, you will fall in love with this meticulously decorated home with its beautiful designer touches. With over 1,400 sq. ft. living plus more than 1,000 sq. ft. deck space, this is the perfect get-away for a group of up to 9 people (6 adults max). These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors.

This stunning beach house offers nice furniture as well as finest appliances/amenities. Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, big screen TV in the living room, central heating, cable TV, high speed internet, spacious garage and washer/dryer. Please note, the unit does not offer AC.

Linens, towels, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, high chair, full size crib and pack 'n play are provided for your convenience.

SUPPLIES
The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as: laundry, hand, dishwasher and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen sponge and of course all fresh, spotless and clean linens and bath towels. Please note we do not replenish supplies.

Open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living area with a pocket door that opens all the way up to spacious furnished balcony (partial ocean views). The living area features a spectacular light & open floor plan and opens through a pocket door to a spacious furnished balcony. The pocket door completely slides into the wall which gives this entire second level an amazing "beachy" feel. This level also offers the Master bedroom with walk-in closet, balcony and attached bathroom with 2 sinks and shower.

4th level:
Furnished deck with table, chairs, lounge chairs, breathtaking 360 degree views & built-in gas BBQ

2-car spacious garage: 194" wide, 80" high, 18'4" deep

PERFECT LOCATION
Located in Central Mission Beach, 50 feet from the ocean and steps away from the bay, the location of this 3BR, 2.5 BA beach jewel could not be any better.

PLEASE NOTE
For friend groups all must be over 35 years old.
We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.
We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy.
Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available.

This is the upper of a two unit property. If you wish to also rent the lower unit please look for listing VRBO# 3953303ha / "Pacific Sands #715".

My family had a great week long stay. The location and access to the beach was great! House was very clean and well stocked. Had everything you needed to enjoy the beach - towels, chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc. the biggest drawback was the traffic noise from the main road, and construction noise next door- given there is no AC in the house you were forced to sleep with the windows open and leave them open during the day so at times it was not as relaxing as it could have been. Overall great stay, would recommend and stay again.

We stayed here for a week for our family summer vacation. The home is beautiful and has every amenity you would need and you can’t beat the location and views. My only note that I didn’t see in the other reviews is there is no access to an outdoor shower or hose to rinse off after the beach. My daughter cried because she didn’t want to leave and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property with our family (two adults and four kids) and my parents -- it was set up very well for that with a queen bedroom and kids bedroom on one floor and a king bedroom on the floor above. The indoor/outdoor living area was a perfect place for the grandparents to relax while we were out doing activities during the day (and we could even see each other when we were on the beach!). The rooftop deck was great for grilling dinner a couple nights, and we appreciated the 8 person dining room table too. Best of all, the beach was such an easy 1-minute walk from the door, and the beach supplies in the garage included a life jacket for my youngest, body boards, beach chairs, and other fun toys. We'd stay again!
