Great location and very friendly.

Location was great, close to the shops/restaurants as well as the slopes. Apartment was good and the staff on reception were friendly and helpful.

The swimming pool was far too cold. The hot tub is lovely if you can get into it. The rule is a max of 6 people, but no booking system, so inevitably there were many arguments between residents doing battle for their turn in the hot tub. A similar situation for the sauna (not particularly hot and always crowded). As the WiFi is charged the quality of it should be much better. The apartment was good but it could do with an oven (it has a microwave and a hob to cook with). The cleanliness depends on how well the previous residents have left it. You’re asked to hoover and mop and there is an inspection before you leave. There are no cleaning products though, unless you buy them yourself from the local spar. For the price, I’d expect it to be cleaned properly.

Great convenience and easy going

Great location, so close to the slopes, ski rental and so pass. Very convenient access to lower Flaine. Hot tub is very nice after a day of skiing

Not very clear instructions for check in after hours, paying for towels as an extra. Don't expect any extra comforts, not that they are needed if you are looking for easy going self catering accomodation

Location is excellent.

But the decoration is very poor. Wires running down from underneath the television in different directions just looks really awful. Walls are painted red with chipped paint. Just feels very tired compared to Pierre Vacances. Also very noisy from the jacuzzi outside. These comments are important because I will not come back as there is better accommodation in Flaine, particularly in Pierre Vacances next door. It would not take much to make these apartments more cosy and appealing. Staff are very nice.

Small apartment with lockable ski lockers at ground level Excellent location near Grands Vans chairlift ie convenient for skiing in Flaine, or over in Morillon / Les Carroz / Samoens area Would stay here again

Great being close to the ski lifts, plenty of room in the one bed for two people. Used the apartment parking which was very convenient. Staff pleasant to deal with.

Beautiful area, resort too buddy at half term but still has some nice skiing. Poor accommodation.

No breakfast included but kitchen was just about workable

The accommodation is incredibly over priced at half term. £2500 for a very small one bed flat more like a studio To add insult to injury you are then told to clean and mop everything out pay €140 cleaning fee. Just what you want on the last evening of your holiday with children

Disappointing value for money.

Great location, warm rooms, morning bread delivery and great shower pressure. Aside from comments below, the kitchen was well equipped.

Service from Head Office very poor. Emails and voicemail messages for booking ski passes were just ignored. Weren’t able to organise transfer from airport. Tip - use GoMassif No welcome pack. We had to buy tea towels, cloths, detergent, salt, pepper etc. Very basic stuff that should be provided. No oven. Very small. We were only a party of 4 and felt cramped in the living area. Not very clean No heated boot storage!!!!! We took ours up to the room which I am sure was against the rules but was the only way I would be able to get them on in the morning. Bathroom had seen better days. Overall had a slightly depressing feel to it.

Location and Hot tub great - Apartment a bit substandard -no duvets, no oven, no washing up stuff.

We ate out and had some nice food of an evening down in Flaine Forum Our apartment had a great view We were super close to the slope - within walking distance (in ski boots!) Loved the hot tub and sauna and chatting to other guests.

The apartment was not brilliant -a bit tired. For the cheap early season rate we had it was Ok but would not be worth the full price. It did not provide proper bedding - just a blanket. there were no duvets. the sheets were in packets when we arrived we had to make our own beds. To keep warm enough at night it was necessary to have the heating on -which gave us dry throats (and the owners a bigger bill - why not just provide duvets it would be cheaper!) There was no oven - which was super annoying as it made it impossible to easily cook meals like pizza or rewarm croissants etc Nothing was provided for cleaning/washing up - no liquid, pan scrubbers, dish washer tablets or tea towels. Ridiculous when people are flying in. (although there was un-necessary shampoo and shower geL!) Loo rolls were rationed. Sauna and hot tub/pool only open 10am-7pm - so no good for early or late swims.

Very good location for all kind of activities in the summer but i believe in the winter in special.

Our room was situated at the first level ,means you go in the room from first floor and have a bedroom and good size shower room with WC and go down through the curbed staircase where is 1 small/medium bedroom and a bathroom with a separate WC ,a openspace living room with a French door and a small balcony and an access to the pathway on the grand floor garden.Very good views to the montaigne and very close withe the sky track and cable cars station (Lot's of sky cable cars station around ) Excellent .

Apartment is situated in 2 floors and could be a good point for someone but wasn't for me and the room downstairs was a little to small for 2 persons but good Overall.

Excellent Location

Stayed in a 3 bed apartment was on the top floor with excellent views. we like that there were 2 separate showers / toilets. The double bedroom bed was comfy but my daughters thought the singles were not as comfy. The property is so close to the slopes and convenient for the funicular down to Flaine Forum. The leisure facilities were also good although the pool was a tad cold .

There was no coat rack to hang jackets / helmets which easily could be accommodated in the entrance corridor. No tea towel provided. Only enough comfy seats for 4 people which when apartment sleeps 8 is not ideal after a day in the slopes. Tv use is included in the price but NO English speaking TV channels !!!

Exceptional

Our stay was great in every way. Our first appartment we had noise issues with neighbors and the feont desk did not hesitate to move us and accomodate our needs. The facilities and appartment were clean and in good condition everything we needed was there and more. The swimming pool and commin areas were always clean and the staff went beyond and over answering any question we had and helping us if we needed directions or advice on hikes. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful family vacation. Would highly recommend!

Schöne Lage nicht weit weg vom Skilift.

Die lag des Hotel war sehr Gut. Man merkt, das das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist. Ich finde aber für eine Woche Skiferien war die Lage und die Aussiecht super. Ich denke mit ein wenig Farbe und ein wenig mehr Modernisierung währe es ein schönes Hotel.

Leider Muss ich sagen, für ein internationales Hotel gibt es nicht einmal ein ausländisches Program im TV.Man hat vielleicht lust an einem nicht schönen tag auch einmal Fernsehen zu schauen und das nicht nur in Französisch.

la localisation de la résidence pas loin du forum permet de faire plein d'activité. Le grand frigo etait pratique

l'arrivée direct en metzzanine dans une chambre avec escalier très raide et glissant. la disposition des portes en bas, un vrai casse tête. Le non respect des esapce de bient etre (jacuzzi, piscine, sauna) où tout était permis sans aucun controle ou rappel des règle par le personnel sur place. J'ai laissé un message à ce propos sur la messagerie mais je n'ai jamais eu de réponse du proprio. Des gens se baignaient habillé, sautaient dans l'eau, 10 dans un jacuzzi (avec 9 enfants), du sang sur la porte du sauna qui ne fermait pas, bref c'est décevant. l'appartement etait assez sale en arrivant, nous avons fait 1h de ménage pour avoir le minimum car il y avait des cheveux/poil sur la canapé, papier de bonbon au sol, miette sous la table, bref...

Nous étions venus pour nous détendre et profiter de la piscine et jacuzzi. Cela n'a pas été le cas

Logement confortable

De nombreuses femmes habillées de la tête au pieds se baignaient dans la piscine avec leurs maris et enfants , eux en pantalon et T-shirts. il était pourtant formellement interdit de se baigner avec des vêtements. Des petits enfants avec des couches accompagnaient leurs parents dans l'eau. On retrouvait ces mêmes personnes dans le jacuzzi à 11 dedans (au lieu de 6 autorisées) et cela pendant 2 h (autorisé 30 minutes)

Buenas vistas, pero nada más

Lo mejor de este alojamiento han sido las magníficas vistas, está situado en lo alto de las montañas, después de subir una larga carretera sinuosa te deja completamente atónito, el entorno es sin lugar a duda lo único destacable.

Han sido varios los motivos que me han decepcionado de este alojamiento. Empezando por la limpieza que dejaba mucho que desear, según llegamos después de hacer el check-ing (después de las 17:00) nos entregan un folio a modo de inventario con todo lo que incluía el apartamento, acto seguido nos preguntan cuánta somos y tras pagar la tasa de turismo, nos dieron las sábanas (para hacer la cama) y un par de juego de toallas para cada uno, en el apartamento contaba con una gran cantidad de menaje, pero no de calidad, no había ni un solo producto de limpieza a excepción de una vieja escoba y fregona… las camas de muy mala calidad, cero cómodas y ruidosas, parecía que se iban a romper. En el momento de hacer el check-out (a las 10:00) revisan según el inventario que nos entregaron previamente y los huéspedes tienen que bajar la basura (que por cierto esta en el -2 en el garaje), la comunicación con el personal del apartamento era difícil porque no hablaban mucho inglés…

La ubicación respecto del centro de esquí es espectacular . También el hecho de tener ahí mismo lockers para los esquíes es muy bueno!

Que no incluyan la limpieza en el costo del alquiler me Parece que no está bien.
