Convenient location, friendly staff, good rooms - would stay again but wouldn't bother with the food

location was fab - few mins walk from the gondola so very doable in ski boots. breakfast (and dinner) was very average (im sorry to say!). staff really nice, but the food could really be improved.

the food. i always prefer going half board as it takes so much stress out of the holiday, but on this occasion the dinner was the only disappointment. there wasn't much on offer, despite it being a buffet. there was only one or two main offers each night, and i thought they were quite odd decisions given it was a buffet catering for many people. the quality was okay. the layout meant it was pretty busy and awkward to actually get food.

Fantastic views from the rooms and breakfast area. Location within short walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Limited free hotel parking; some room on street. Breakfast on first day was in a small room with limited offerings. Second day was in larger area that offered cook your own crepes. Lead breakfast worker was unprofessional wearing flip flops and seemed unpleasant when told things were empty. Desk staff was great. Tour de France support stayed here.

Convenient location for a short stay but would not spend more than a couple of days

Room is close to center, clean and near a big field So great for kids.

Reception was close ( due to covid) so keys were left in an envelope with explanation on how to get in the room only in French.less than a week before traveling we were told that the room with kitchen we booked did not have a kitchen, something we had booked weeks in advance. Despite mentioning that we were travelling with kids and underlining the need of a kitchen no efforts were made to find a solution and we ended up with a room with no kitchen. Moreover All facilities including restaurant and swimming pool were closed.

Basic accommodation. Very good value if you don’t mind being a little crowded. Breakfast surprisingly very good and extremely cheap at 8 euros. Really a family centre with lots of games and activities for children.

L'emplacement, le confort des lits , l'appartement était juste rénové.

Très jolies chambres chaleureuses, propres et calmes avec du rangement. Petits-déjeuner délicieux à volonté. Emplacement à moins de deux minutes à pied du départ des piste et 5 mn du centre du village.

Il y a beaucoup d'escaliers.

Un hôtel aux pieds des pistes avec un excellent personnel.

L'emplacement, à quelques mètres d'une télécabine. En saison, une remontée en tapis-tunel est disponible. Pour l'ouverture, nous avons du monté une pente, mais les télécabines sont également accessibles à 1 minute en voiture. Le personnel est d'une incroyable gentillesse, ils sont aux petits soins et trouvent des solutions pour tout. Les équipements sont confortable et le petit déjeuner buffet continental est très bon et complet, du salé, du sucré et des crêpes faites minutes, le tout avec la vue sur les montagnes.

Les murs sont très très fins, nous entendons les personnes parlés à l'extérieur et il faisait légèrement froid dans la salle de bain, mais une fois le chauffage mis en route, le lendemain matin il faisait bon. Le chauffage a tout de même été activé avant notre arrivé, il faisait tout de même bon dans la chambre.

地理位置，景色非常好，有露天游泳池，（但是太冷，没有使用）。入住方便，我从瑞士开车过来，一路很多的盘山公路，来的有些晚了，前台很温暖的给留下了停车和入住信息。

如果有一些特价的桑拿和按摩的体验，可能会更吸引人，晚一些退房会更好，例如11:00。十点退房有一些仓促。早饭的服务人员不会讲英语。

Des notre arrivée on nous a demandé une caution de 300 euros.. Or la chambre était déjà payé et il nest stipulé aucunement dans booking qune caution doit etre versé surtout dans un hotel ! La restauration était notamment fermé et la piscine aussi.. Bref une réservation pour RIEN pour cet hotel car en principine nous étions venu pour la piscine.. Je recommande pas!

très bon séjour malgrès les matelas pas terribles

nous avons apprécié la situation géographique de l'établissement proche du centre et proche des activités, la piscine est un plus après une journée d'activité , et le flipper un plus pour se défouler

les literies sont très dure du aux des matelas qui ont bien vécus, il faudrait penser à les renouveler.
