The hotel really needs knocking down and rebuilding.
Nice bakery and restaurant nearby... No other facilities in the resort.
We were told weeks after booking that they are renovating the town. No mention of it during the booking. There are no shops in town except for 1 really nice bakery Aux Délices Des Esserts and a couple of restaurants. The hotel looks like it could be in a scene from Kiev or Gaza between air strikes. Loose paving stones in the courtyard, trees growing out of the concrete, the elevator could be used to film a horror movie. The rooms are tiny, we had a bunk bed, you can't fit anything bigger in the bedroom. The bathroom is about 1 square metre excluding the bath and basin. The shower is just a hose hanging in the bath, it doesn't attach to the wall... The shower also leaks so after each use the floor is flooded. No bath mat is a nice touch. You can't sit on the toilet and close the door as the room is too small. The kitchen is just a 4 plate stove and sink, no space between them to actually prepare food. There is a dishwasher but it smelt like a wet/dead dog so we couldn't use it.

Dirty bed, great location.
The location was great, ski in, ski out but the drive up would be challenging in snow.
The additional bed in the apartment had no duvet and was absolutely covered in hair.

To recap: mouldy, dirty, broken beds, several electrical dangers such as exposed wires (illegal) as they can actually kill ppl (especially kids), lied about the parking on advert, its just parking in town IF you can find some. But you have a big FREE PARKING on the front page of the hotel.

Great atmosphere shame about the lack of snow, pricy but that might be a sign of the times.
The location was great, right in the middle of town right next to the lift, just a shame that there was no snow so the lift only served one blue run and you could not access Flain etc, but that's down to bad luck of the weather. The surrounding shops and bars were great and there was even a 24hr Pizza vending machine, just in case of course. The room had a good balcony with a view of the slopes and the lift and the small kitchen area was well appointed.
The room was advertised as for up to 5, we were 3 and were struggling for room and places to store items, its a very small apartment with very few plug sockets. I also read apartment as having parking, it does not there is a public carpark about 300m down the hill which you can use for free. I did also leave messages for reception on booking.com which were never responded to and it hard work to get someone on the numbers given, communication could be improved, in person they are fantastic.
