A pleasant, well-located apartment, but please give more thought to the essentials provided

It just felt a bit mean I'm afraid. We paid circa 200euros per night (self-catering) but felt that the company was trying to squeeze as much extra out of us as possible. For example, basics such as the internet and parking cost extra and only the absolute minimum of simple household items are provided - there wasn't even a spare toilet roll or binbag! So who benefits from the unused items that customers buy??

Walls very thin in room, worst is the admin. I have been trying to get an invoice for 3 weeks now, asked about 6 times and keep sending me useless links and invoices for city tax. SEND ME THE INVOICE FOR MY STAY!

Lovely pool, steam rooms etc. Ski bus stops out side and takes you to the main lift. Village a 3 minute walk and supermarket next door.

Comfy stay in ski hotel

Good facilities. Loved the pool and steam room.

The check-in was problematic. Booking.com says reception closes at 9pm. We arrived just before 9 to learn that it closed at 8pm. There was no hotel staff around. We were lucky to find a helpful guest who helped us call administration with our limited French. It took a while to get it sorted by phone, but worked out. Being in the mountains, I was expecting some view from the hotel, but no. There is also no hangout space at the hotel after reception is closed.

Good

Overall the place was good. The apartment was spacious and had a nice rustic feel to it. Having the supermarket right next to the hotel is a plus. Made shopping for food very easy. The kids enjoyed the pool and the play area a lot. The sauna was nice. The staff was friendly and forthcoming.

We weren't too thrilled with the location of the hotel. Would have preferred it to be more outside of the city. Free parking is very difficult because it fills up fast and then it is nearly impossible to find a place to park. So, getting a parking spot at the hotel facility is a must. The indoor swimming pool water temperature was a bit too fresh. The same for the jacuzzi water. 33C for the jacuzzi is rather cold.

great location in a lovely village but a little expensive

location close to village centre

our chalet was tucked away in the corner and so it was dark and didn’t have any views, and the terrace felt like it was underground. there were not enough towels to go swimming, and as the property was quite small I felt it was expensive for what we got.

Pool and spa area were very nice. Location is ideal for the village and slopes.

Hotel check-in time is ludicrously late. Room wasn't cleaned at all during our stay, not even to replace toilet rolls.

Nice, friendly resort and excellent skiing!

Well equipped, comfortable and warm decoration. We appreciate the sauna and the swimming pool and fitness for our daughter. Also close to supermarket. We appreciated the relatively short stay (4nights).

Perfect location to explore Grand Massif region

Super appartment, all you need including Comfortable beds and well equiped kitchen. Friendly staff and well isolated (no noise from neighbours)

A six person appartment is okay for max 4 Adults in my opinion (if you need to live inside only ).

Un séjour au top dans l'ensemble pour la qualité des équipements et surtout le personnel de service.

L'accueil, la disponibilité et le niveau de service étaient au top. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine, du hammam et du sauna. Le wifi était disponible et nous avons pu emprunter des appareils mis à disposition pour la raclette et la fondue. L'établissement jouit d'un emplacement idéal.

Certaines zones en hauteur sont exposées à la poussière, mais elles sont effectivement difficiles d'accès et ce n'est pas rédhibitoire.
