Look for another hotel.

The apparent was big and nice. Location was great. View of the lake is wonderful.

Hardly no warm water, and until you get warmish water you have to wait at least 10 minutes. WiFi doesn’t work well at all. Keeps getting disconnected. They didn’t clean the room. Not a very good breakfast.

Not going back

Located right on the river Rhine. The one bedroom apartment we had was ok but could not comment on the regular rooms.

WiFi barely working and connection failing all the time. Staff at check-in and at breakfast totally inappropriate and challenged. At the breakfast buffet, a group of about 16 guests sitting together were mainly ignoring the legal requirement to wear masks when moving around inside and coming closer than 1.5 metres to others and continued to do so even after having been reminded by staff and other guests. The hotel staff did not follow through with the request which made fellow guests feel very uncomfortable.

Definitely the view, the Rhein review was fantastic from the balcony of my room. I have booked the superior double room, the room was big and bright! During the night we opened the window and it was still rather quiet. Great location!

A lovely family hotel beautifully located on the river bank

Enjoyed staying at this lovely family hotel as a family of four. Exceptionally located on the quiet promenade of the Rhine River. You either come for a thermal treatment, hiking, discovering the region, or sightseeing, it offers all the facilities that you possibly need. The staff is friendly and professional, the hotel is exceptionally clean and well looked after.

If you sleep with your window open in a room with 'river view', it might be a little bit noisy as Rhine remains a busy stretch of waterway.

Schone en nette kamers

Geboekt en betaald voor een tweepersoonskamer twee nachten, ik kreeg de eerste nacht een tweepersoonskamer en de tweede nacht een éénpersoonskamer. Een vriend van me die de eerste nacht ook verbleef moest de helft van een overnachting betalen voor een tweepersoonskamer terwijl ik hier al voor betaald had. Ook na het laten zien van de reservering werd dit niet aangenomen. Pas op de dag van vertrek werd benoemd dat ik betaald had. Door deze ervaring kom ik er niet weer. Bied dan geen reserveringen via Booking.com aan.

Ein wunderbarer Blick auf den Rhein, mit Balkon direkt darüber. Sehr gute Lage. Altstadt-Rheinpromenade mit Restaurants und Kurpark in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkplätze verfügbar. Es war einfach großartig. 100% Empfehlung.

Beim nächsten Mal (Januar) genau wieder dort!

Auch an einem Samstag kann man schon um 07:30 Uhr Frühstück bekommen. Ist eine Seltenheit! Die Musikrichtung im Hintergrund des Frühstücks war genau meins und hat für Entspannung samt gute Laune gesorgt.

Dat ik als gast ‘s avonds niet op het terras mocht zitten terwijl de Peruaanse band speelde omdat ik niet meer had gedaan met de buffet denk ik maar dat vond ik erg bijzonder aangezien ik wel betaalde voor het verblijf. En ik vond bijzonder dat ik dacht dat ik alles betaald had en dat ik nog weer bij je moest betalen. Voelt een beetje raar.

Ein liebenswertes, charmantes Hotel

Die Lage ist perfekt. Es handelt sich um ein schönes Hotel, dass schon etwas älter ist, aber über einen gewissen Charme verfügt. Das Einzelzimmer mit Bad war ausreichend groß. Das Zimmer war mit Kühlschrank ausgestattet, sodass man kühle Getränke hatte. Außerdem war ein Wasserkocher sowie die Kaffee- und Teebeutel vorhanden. Somit war man nicht darauf angewiesen, auswärts Kaffee oder Tee zu trinken. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Vor dem Zimmer war eine Küche, sodass man sich auch eine Kleinigkeit hätte kochen können.

Leider war an dem Wochenende der Aufzug ausgefallen.

Prettig hotel, alles was schoon. Ontbijt was prima en niets was te veel.

Parksituation, der hoteleigene Parkplatz war etwas verzwickt zu ereichen. Das Hotel ist zwar gepflegt, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Dit hotel is prachtig gelegen aan de oever van de Rijn, met een geweldig uitzicht. De kamer was zeer smaakvol ingericht en de gastvrouw zeer vriendelijk. Het restaurant bij het hotel was erg goed.

Er was geen echt warm water.

Sehr süß- Bus Tickets werden vom Hotel Ausgehändigt eigens weil dieses es so möchte Keine Vorgabe der Stadt
