Jacuzzi and Sauna were excellent.
My bedroom view was stunning.
The bathroom in my room was newly done up and very nice. Water pressure was great.
The room was clean and a good size.
I asked the receptionist about the breaktfast as I am vegan. The receptionist did not know what is being served and did not know whether there are dairy free options. A printed menu with allergens should be ready at reception should anyone ask.
The gym was dated. It was very busy in the evenings, it was better in the morning.
The thermostat in my room didn't work, the radiator was scorching hot even when I dropped the thermostat to 10degrees.
The bedroom itself is dated and smells a bit muffy (I kept the windows open for a while which made it better).

Staff and locals very friendly,,..staff member in bar stopped to talk to us...(Management)?? Was lovely...Room was fine ..except for overlooked window,,shower good .. plentiful hot water....Toilet rolls. Must be the cheapest available... dreadful...
Breakfast was so so..black pudding and bacon like cardboard No flavour... scrambled eggs is very tasty....Bar food,club sandwich Fine...but the chicken curry... didn't taste like a curry...But the worst was fish/ chips...advertised as Hake..,is dreadful...more breadcrumbs than fish....I wouldn't call it fish....less than a half an inch thick .. Gray, no flakes..No taste... nothing like Hake...at nearly €20 A joke..Food was served in less than 10 minutes... We where suspicious,..and rightly so ..my partner didn't want me to complain, doesn't deal with confrontation....Rest of the menu was probably good?...Needless to say we dined elsewhere in the evenings...it's a real shame..it didn't spoil our weekend as everyone we met where so friendly...
