Exceptional staff, namely Joe in the bar. Very comfortable areas to relax in.
The walk from the carpark, also the slightly haughty girl at reception, didn't get her name.
Left a less than welcoming impression. Sunday afternoon around 4:30, not the girl who covered at Westerwood. Staffing levels in the bar were low considering how busy the Hotel was, complaints were made to the Management.

Absolutely loved every single thing about our stay. The guy checking us in, was so funny and witty. Gave us all the right key information and told us the best times to have dinner and going into the spa.
Our room was so tidy, clean, comfortable and the view was amazing. The spa and facilities were absolutely stunning. Even with children in the facilities everyone was respectable.
Theres nothing i could really complain about, apart from the room was slightly cold which didnt heat up that quick. Tvs could be a tiny bit bigger but just being picky now.

The building was lovely, and the room was comfortable. The staff were pleasant, but didn’t give us sufficient information about the location of the event we were there to attend, so we were waiting for our hosts in the wrong bar. Perhaps they could make sure they advise guests correctly.
The quality of the coffee provided in the room was appalling, considering the price of the room. Nescafe basic coffee is cheap, bitter and really poor quality. You could at least provide Gold Blend. And decaffeinated tea. Not impressed.
