Lovely and Comfortable stay, staff were hardworking and very helpful, 3 good nights sleep, we relaxed in our room and we also sat outside and enjoyed an unexpected happy hour on the Friday 5-7pm. Lovely breakfasts over our 3 night stay. We did not have an evening meal but the dining rooms were constantly full of diners and the food smelt and looked good. Our room was ready on arrival so got in early and didn’t have to wait till 3pm. We thought that having fresh milk in a refrigerator on the landing enabling us to have unlimited cups of tea/coffee in our room was a brilliant idea. Check out was easy as no mini bar in the room. They have dog friendly rooms too so I think we might be coming back if the opportunity arrives. We came for our Grandsons wedding at the church and had an amazing 3 days, we didn’t have time to explore the Roman town but had been before. Maybe when we come back again we will include this in our stay!

The apartment looks great now it’s been updated, Roomy and comfortable. Staff are lovely

The staff were friendly in particular Mikey at breakfast service.
Room 2. The carpet is old and in poor state of repair , the bed uncomfortable and the room not up to standard.the lounge area no longer inviting as it had been on previous stays. There were no comfy sofas and chairs and look cold and uninviting. I ordered scrambled eggs for breakfast and it was served on greasy fried bread.
