Great hotel, convenient. Well organised and friendly staff.

Lift out of order. Staff only average. No menus when we sat down in restaurant £20 excess charge to get into bedroom early too much when room was very probably ready anyway

Thought breakfast service by the lady was exceptional.We both loved our evening meal.Staff were very courteous.
Beds too narrow.Shower was almost unfit for purpose.I warned my wife not to use it.I thought it was dangerous.
