There wad No swimming pool even though it says there is one.

Self catering apartment ,good facilities washing machine cooker fridge, toaster and a dish washer, all your needs catered for in the kitchen and more. Comfortable single beds with clean bedding and towels provided. Smart TV , Free Wi-Fi. Off street parking. Heated swimming pool available to guest in summer months.

Decoration bit rough -walls and around door handles, all surfaces need wiped down, stained sitting room carpet, shower room has damp on ceiling due to extractor being blocked ,windows need cleaned inside and out.

Location is ideal 22 miles from Glasgow...nice quiet place some nice beaches near by dunure castle is worth visiting

The wifi wasnt brilliant...shame pool is out of action

Nothing really. I even left a day early and came home.

Well, were do I start. Once unpacked I noticed that someone had used the toilet and not cleaned up after themselves or the cleaner had not cleaned it, as I had to use the brush to remove what was left. The fan in the bathroom was nearly blocked up with cobwebs and dirt. Looking around the kitchen, more cobwebs and the floor was dirty. While on the kitchen, I went to make something to eat and their was only one small sharp knife, not large enough for cutting anything of any size.The curtain pelmet was held up with drawing pins. The bedroom, more cobwebs and no wardrobe? Lounge, more cobwebs. Found the wardrobe, it's in the lounge. The lounge door was dirty around the door handle and doesn't look like it had been cleaned for years. I tried to use the WiFi to do some work. Forget it. I had to sit on the in the corridor opposite someone else's room to do any work. This lasted all the time I was there. On the first I went to get a wash and no hot water in the sink. Again, I had no hot water while I was there. The sink was blocked, but this got fixed the next day.

Had everything we needed for a 5 night stay . Convenient for Dean Park and easy walk or bus into Kilmarnock. Very helpful and friendly hosts.

Logement bien situé par rapport au centre-ville de Kilmarnock, du Dean Park et d'un magasin d'alimentation. Cuisine équipée avec machine à lessiver et lave-vaisselle. Logement et environnement calme.

Salle de bain correcte, mais pourrait être améliorée.
