It’s close to public transport, our room was really big and spacious, only the bathroom was small. The bed was comfortable and large. The host was nice and welcoming. She gave us clear instructions for how to get into the hotel.

I didn’t like that the hotel is on a hill and it’s a little bit challenging to climb it, especially on really hot days. The prices for the air conditioner was a bit high for me and my boyfriend. We are students and we weren’t able to afford it. There is also an old smell in the room.

An absolutely amazing estate with a deeply unique feel. We stayed in a beautiful room inside a mansion that is over 150 years old. It is located in a quiet Buda neighborhood, completely surrounded by trees, greenery, and singing birds. Beyond the incredible space, the human connection made this stay unforgettable. When I mentioned to the owner that I am Jewish, she invited me to see something special. Her grandfather was recognized as Righteous Among the Nations for risking his life to save Jews in Hungary during WWII. We shared a truly beautiful, heartfelt moment discussing this history. On top of that, her 11-year-old daughter is an incredibly gifted painter, and the entrance hall is beautifully decorated with her art.
