The location was just perfect! Only 10-15 minutes to a lot of sightseeings! But most important, trams were just in front of us! The view was magical!!!! So warm and cozy! It was simply amazing ! Easy to find! The host replied on time to anything we needed! The reception and the room was clean and smelled amazing! It was -6 outside and inside was so warm! It is my second time to Budapest and i will definitely book it next time again! Recommend Balance Home 1000%

The apartment has a really good location. It’s close to many tourist spots and public transport, so getting around Budapest was very easy.
The bathroom and sink are located directly in front of the bed, which felt a bit unusual. The toilet is in a small separate closed room. It would be nicer if the bathroom area were more modern, and a wardrobe for clothes would also be helpful.

The place was very clean starting from the flat entrance till the room itself! I stayed at the small room without window and despite the room size, I felt like I had everything I might needed. The room had an air conditioning and good size private bathroom with a very good exhaust fan.
The location was top and the tram passes just in front of the building. The check-in went very smoothly. Absolutely recommended!
- Elevator wasn‘t working at my arrival and departure days. But since it was in first floor so it was not an issue for me.
- The AC remote control wasn‘t in the room when I arrived but the host brought it quickly after informing him

The locality of this hotel was great and the host gave us clear instructions :) The sheets and towels were clean with nice scent. I also appreciate the possibility to make tea and coffee.
The room was very small so if you’re planning to be in Budapest for longer time, it could be a problem for you to find space (for your luggage and clothes). The drawer under sink was a little bit dirty and also a space behind the wooden cabinet. I definitely recommend to clean it.
