    The outside of this building is beautiful, the interiors clean and tidy. We didn't expect it but we're given a river view room and it was stunning. Looking out the window and seeing the Danube was a pretty special feeling. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was better than expected and catered to everyone though the coffee machine wasn't amazing but did the job. The only thing to consider would be if you had mobility issues or heavy bags you struggle to carry. There are a few, maybe 15 or so, steps up to reception, then some up and down steps to get over to the lift. Doable but be aware there is no lift from the ground floor. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend out to anyone.

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it very easy to visit all the main attractions and get around. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I especially loved the tall ceilings, which gave the room a unique character and made it feel much more spacious. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food. The view from the room was amazing and made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel entrance may feel a little unusual at first, but there are clear signs that make it easy to find. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if I return to the area.

    hotel lcoation is great and that's it. very strange entrance (like a maze) and you have to carry your luggage over staris, v small elevator, they gave me a backview instead of the city view ( that mentioned in the booking) . large rooms but with very bad view. very basic breakfast. strange check in & out timings ( in @ 15:00 and out @ 10:00. It's not value for money at all in this area.
