Loved the room, staff were welcoming and in a lovely location

Having to pay parking. Been before and this has changed. £11 a day/night + the room charge is high.

Very pleasant stay.

Wasn't happy with having to pay £11 a night for parking. Stayed at this hotel many times in the past never payed once. Very dissappointed also payed £22 for two baileys at the bar in the evening which was absolute rediculous. Sorry to say I probably won't be staying at our favourite hotel again.

The location. 5 minute walk into the town. Lovely hotel.

Great to have on site parking however, the signs around the car park tell you that the payment of parking is required through an app. After standing in the car park downloading the app, registering, setting up an account, entering car and payment details and paying £12.20 for a days parking, we were told at reception that it could have been paid on check-in and was cheaper (£11.50) to pay there. No issues with paying either amount but there is no clear signage advising that it can be easily paid for at reception without the need of downloading and setting up the app.

On arrival the choice from the grill was poor - no sausages, one hash brown a spoonful of mushrooms; The cold cuts were completely depleted. This was no replenished in 40 minutes The bread selection was equally run down

The fried eggs were tired. It was all neglectful.
