The Staff was terrific. They were welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I did not want to leave because they made it feel like home.

Lovely, friendly staff who were super helpful in accomodating a slightly earlier check in along with looking after our luggage beforehand. Room was spacious and looked exactly as pictured. Fantastic aircon which was well needed during Madrid summer!

Excellently located, newly refurbished hotel with friendly and helpful staff. In addition to the comfy room, the hotel has a lovely rooftop seating area.
The airconditioning in our room wasn't working and it became very warm during the night. The night manager was excellet at brining us a fan which was suprisingly effective given its size! But this reduced our mark, which would otherwis ehave been a 9+
