The location, the friendliness of the staff, and the room were great. The hotel is located in the central part of town and is close to many restaurants, bars, and other points of interest. The staff was awesome, particularly Jorge, Javier, and Isabella. They were responsive, helpful, and surprisingly fun to talk to.

Fantastic location right in the center of Madrid, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was modern, quiet, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made check-in and check-out effortless. Excellent breakfast and outstanding service throughout my stay.
