We really liked the location as it was a block away from Via Toledo which is the main street in Naples. It is also extremely close to Piazza del Plebiscito and the port. The apartment had a small balcony which I honestly did not really use as the street is so narrow you can practically touch the other persons laundry, which is to be expected in the Spanish Quarter in Naples. It had high ceilings; great air conditioning and the kitchen was fully equipped for a short stay. It has an elevator which was extremely small but awesome if you have luggage and you don't want to drag it up the stairs. The host was very nice and made us welcome. It was also very safe.
I didn't like the loft where the bed was located because we hit our head several times and I am only 5'4". I didn't like that the bathroom was located underneath us, and we had to climb down several stairs to get to the bathroom. The bathroom should have a better shower door as the water, if it is not hitting a certain spot, leaks out onto the floor. The towels were strange as they did not exactly dry you. The bed could have been a little more comfortable as I woke up with pain on my hip as I am a side sleeper. However, that being said, it was for a few days, and you can deal with anything for that amount of time.

The location is perfect. Everything so close by. Also port was walking distance where we went for day trip to Ischia. Really nice spacious place in historic Spanish Quarters. The host Ludovica was very kind snd helpful. We needed to leave suitcase for 2 days while visiting an island, already after check out and she allowed it for just 5 eur a day. Wonderful experience! Will recommend!
They were very clear about it from the beginning that there are different rates to pay in cash for late check in. So not a problem, because we knew it as they had communicated it clearly. Just to be aware. Also city taxes to pay in cash. But they tell this while booking. So its not a problem, just to be aware. We didnt have cash, so paid it a few days later. So they were very helpful!

Hot water was impossible to maintain in the shower so the showering was truly annoying.

Walls, floor and windows too thin, you can hear everything from everywhere. From our room, it's time to wake up at 4:30am, whether you want it or not, as the residents on the building are VERY noisy when starting their days.
The only mirror in the room was the one above the sink in the toilet.
