Reasonably priced and close to metro

Loved the location.

Could do with better window blinds in the bedroom because of street lamp outside but wasn’t a major inconvenience.

The location was good, close to historic centre, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Apartment was spacious. Communication with host was smooth and so was the check-in.

The apartment was quite unkept and definitely needs some maintenance (ceiling was leaking, the lock on doors was difficult to open and lock); it was quite dirty (we got towel with blood stain - clean but still; it was very dusty everywhere - dust on clean pillows; spider webs on the ceiling; bathroom needs some proper deep cleaning). The shower with lowered wall was very tight and it was uncomfortable to even shower for a tall person, who barely could stand there. It was loud from the streets - but this is understandable. It was also very cold (end of March), even when using AC at high temperature - we had to sleep with layers of clothes to be comfortable. Check in was organised in person with the host which was ok - but it would be goot to mention it beforehand, as we barely made it until 23:00 from the airport (I assumed it would be self checkin). It was ok for the price we paid (with genious 3 discount), but if i payed more i would be unsatisfied.
