Everything. From the time of booking, the host Sergio was in communication with us, providing information for our arrival, even meeting us at the property. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable - a home away from home, one feels very much living like a local. Great a/c, hot water and washing machine. Provisions of coffee capsules, tea and breakfast pastries a nice touch and very welcomed. Access to Netflix and Prime a bonus. Located in the Spanish Quarter, only minutes from Via Toledo and Via Chiaia. Sergio was the perfect host, nothing being too much trouble. He assisted us with taxi reservations and even came to see me off. Highly recommend this place and will definitely return. Grazie mille Sergio.

Nothing! Having to leave was the hard part.

The host Sergio went out of his way to make sure we were settled in and even walked us to the supermarket and recommended a fantastic family run restaurant near by. The location was exactly what we were looking for to be right in the latin quarter and near to everything . The apartment was stocked with breads and coffee when we arrived. Sergio helped arrange a taxi to take us to our next destination Sorrento and tried to meet us to say good bye but with the narrow streets the taxi could not wait or park.
