The host came to hand over the keys and explain everything. He also accompanied us to the parking lot. We were very well located close to the city center. There was enough space in the apartment for 5 people.
The host announced a lower price for the parking lot. But as our rental company proposed a bigger car for 5 people, still a middle-class car, the garage announced 50 euros a night, which was even a surprise to the host.

The host saved the day as we called them after losing mobile reception and they sent someone on a scooter to meet us at the door
The sign on the front of the residence is hard to work out. Key is speaking to the host on whatsapp which would have worked however we lost reception on our phone (our own fault) so we needed to call them instead

The picture on booking are different from the flat allocated to us, but still a nice flat
