The location is nice. The place is silent and the building is very impressive.
The walls are quite dirty and would need to be painted, the flat needs rennovation (looked very different from the photos in booking), too basic kitchen equipment (e.g. no normal knife in the kitchen). Wifi doesn't work very well. Hot water worked just half the time.
